UGIIR and FSBE is a country located in north Australia, it is a federal triumvirate governed by a senate, president and monarch.
its name is an acronym for Union of German, Irish, Italian Republics and French, Slavic, Boer Enclaves.
The region was first colonized by the French in 1745. Then known as "Terre des Reines" it was a key French colony hosting lots of trade across the Pacific and the East Indies. In 1805 during the Napoleonic wars the land was jointly invaded by Dutch and Russian forces. By 1910 the land has been split with the "Russian Free Republic" in the north and the Dutch "Verrelanden" in the south.
Dutch control in the region would be shortlived however as in 1812 the Verrelanden would be up in arms as during the wars many Irish and German POWs had been transported to camps there and since then the freed POWs had many civil liberties revoked by the Dutch ruling class. After about two years of fighting the Germano-Irish Lower Republic was founded with the eventual goal of uniting with the Russian controlled upper republic.
In 1822 the Russian empire was in turmoil as the Red Armies of Alaska had revolted, nationalist Deustch-Eireann seized the oppurtunity to revolt themselves in the so called Russian Free Republic. This war was much more violent and drawn out but by 1828 they had driven the Russians out of Australia and unified with lower republic.
This was seen as a good sign for lasting peace and freedom for everybody in North Eastern Australia, yet not all was as it seemed, racial tension still existed between French and Germans and some political parties were still battling for a solid form of government. By 1832 civil war had broken out, The Germano-Irish party eventually coming out victorious. They organised the land into the Union of German, Irish Republic and French, Boer, Slavic Enclaves a.k.a UGIR and FSBE (Italian influences would come later)
